Another great one that is not listed on there is: http://englishcompanion.ning.com/ You have to ask for an invite and it is mainly focused around Reading and Language Arts, but it is a great active community with lots of different ideas and thoughts for teaching reading and writing. Nings are also a cool web tool to potential use with students as well!
This is a great list; I feel like this type of blogging really speaks to a journalistic narrative about teaching. Its kind of a balancing act between blogging about pedogogy/reflection in our practice and the day to day commentary of a teacher (maybe they are synonomous). I think it is also a leap of trust and faith in the public/community to present your daily/personal reflections. I don't know if I could/would have the sense of self and time to engage with a blog that way. Probably takes practice! :).
